All dog breeders aren’t the same. At Dennings Farm, our mission is to raise healthy, happy puppies and finding the right homes for them. We will take the time to educate you on the different breeds available and help you find the one that’s right for you and your family. Denning Farms is a family-owned and operated breeder of maltipoos, cavachons, cavaliers, teddybears, yorkiepoos, cockapoos, puggles and boston terriers. It takes many years of breeding these types of dogs to properly understand and care for them. When you buy a puppy from Denning Farms, you can be sure you are buying from one of the best puppy breeders in the midwest.
Denning Farms is a USDA Licensed Dog Breeder. We are also a member of the Iowa Pet Breeders Association and the Pet Professionals of Southeast Iowa.
Denning Puppy Farm
We truly are a farm that offers our puppies plenty of space and fresh air to grow and be happy. We have a stone and brick building with heated flooring and air-conditioning for our puppies when indoors. They are with adults and our children most of the day. 
Puppies at Denning Farms are part of our family. We enjoy each and every puppy and we know the love, affection and laughter that they will bring to their new families. Getting Started with Puppy Adoption
You’ve begun your search on the internet for puppies for sale, puppy farms, dog farms, etc. For the breeds we offer, you’ve come to the right place! We’ve put more information on-line to help you understand the steps to purchasing your puppy.
Visit the Currently Adopting page of our website for the breed you are interested in to see if they are available at this time. If they are not available now, sign-up for our email list to get an automatic update when they become available. This is the best way to get notified in advance of new puppy litters in advance.
Shipping Puppies for Adoption
Not anywhere near Hougton, IA? That’s not a concern, we can ship your new puppy to you! We have found good homes for our puppies in virtually every state in the US including California, Texas, Florida, and New York. We safely and humanely ship your new puppy directly to you.

My puppy, Henry, just had his first birthday this past Sunday so I wanted to come and leave a testimonial for Denning Farms! Henry has been such an amazing addition to our family (my husband and I). Everyone that meets him tells us that he is the cutest dog they have ever seen, and I definitely agree! I had never heard of a cavachon before finding Denning Farms, but I recommend the breed to everyone now! I can't wait to add a second pup to our family and will definitely be working with Tricia again when the time comes. We are so pleased with our Teddy Bear Josie Lynn!!! She’s now almost 16 months old on September 1st. She was born May 01, 2021, we purchased her on July 21st 2021 and we are completely in love with this little girl!! She’s a bit stubborn but that comes with the breed. I must say the shipping was completely professional and easy and you let me choose the airport of my choice at the same price you quoted me!!
I knew you were a legit clean business when I spoke to you on the phone prior to purchase. I will be buying from you again in the future but currently have been diagnosed with stage IV metastatic breast cancer at the young age of 59!! So I’m now on a fixed income unfortunately.

Our sweet Gizmo turned 10 last month. He is the healthiest sweetest boy and the most handsome. Easy to say your new puppy is great but our 10 year old is still as cute & healthy as a puppy. Will definitely look to Denning Farms again in the future.

Tucker is such a sweet boy. He’s everything anyone would ever want in a puppy. He’s five months old now, and we’ve had him for three months. He’s bright, curious, cute, energetic, sweet, adaptable, snuggly, loving and eager to please. We could not be happier with him, and he could not be happier with us.

My Chloe was born on May 7th 2021. She is a cavachon and the best decision I made in my life. Tricia and her family did a marvelous job of socializing their puppies. My other dog had passed away and I was overcome with grief. So I made the decision to get a new puppy to make the missing of my other dog a little easier. I loved my Bella but I have to say that this dog is the smartest dog that I've ever owned in my entire life. She's just barely over a year old now and still all puppy. I recommend Tricia with my whole heart for the way that she cares for these puppies. We love Chloe so much that we're actually now trying to think about going and getting another one. Chloe needs a friend that can run around and chase her. We have another older dog but she just can't keep up with Chloe LOL. So I hope to see them again real soon to add another family member to our household.
