All dog breeders aren’t the same. At Dennings Farm, our mission is to raise healthy, happy puppies and finding the right homes for them. We will take the time to educate you on the different breeds available and help you find the one that’s right for you and your family. Denning Farms is a family-owned and operated breeder of maltipoos, cavachons, cavaliers, teddybears, yorkiepoos, cockapoos, puggles and boston terriers. It takes many years of breeding these types of dogs to properly understand and care for them. When you buy a puppy from Denning Farms, you can be sure you are buying from one of the best puppy breeders in the midwest.
Denning Farms is a USDA Licensed Dog Breeder. We are also a member of the Iowa Pet Breeders Association and the Pet Professionals of Southeast Iowa.
Denning Puppy Farm
We truly are a farm that offers our puppies plenty of space and fresh air to grow and be happy. We have a stone and brick building with heated flooring and air-conditioning for our puppies when indoors. They are with adults and our children most of the day. 
Puppies at Denning Farms are part of our family. We enjoy each and every puppy and we know the love, affection and laughter that they will bring to their new families. Getting Started with Puppy Adoption
You’ve begun your search on the internet for puppies for sale, puppy farms, dog farms, etc. For the breeds we offer, you’ve come to the right place! We’ve put more information on-line to help you understand the steps to purchasing your puppy.
Visit the Currently Adopting page of our website for the breed you are interested in to see if they are available at this time. If they are not available now, sign-up for our email list to get an automatic update when they become available. This is the best way to get notified in advance of new puppy litters in advance.
Shipping Puppies for Adoption
Not anywhere near Hougton, IA? That’s not a concern, we can ship your new puppy to you! We have found good homes for our puppies in virtually every state in the US including California, Texas, Florida, and New York. We safely and humanely ship your new puppy directly to you.

I absolutely love my boys Rowen & Rocco. Rocco is my maltipoo . They both flew to Ca at 3 months and have a happy life in Ca. Rowen is 11 & Rocco is 8 . Both beautiful , loving ,smart loyal boys who both have slightly different personalities. I think they are beautiful and are my world . Rocco is easier & more independent than Rowen . He goes with the flow . Rowen thinks he’s a person and Rowen is king of the house & a mommy’s boy . Both are very special . So glad I have them .

Hi Tricia and Family, it has been a long time since we picked up our sweet Curly (Puggle) from your home 9-22-2012. Today July 28 2022, we are celebrating his 10th birthday. we have had no issues with our fine Puggle. Since the day we brought him home he has been a joy to have in our family. He has grown with Steven through the years walking with him to the bus stop, going on walks, playing in the snow or just being lazy etc...Steven was 7 and is now going to be a senior in high school what a long road traveled. I purchased a Teddybear puppy (Male # 5a) last year and he has been such a wonderful addition to our family. He is the second dog I have owned after my first Teddybear dog passed away. I highly recommend Denning Farms. I am so in love with my fur baby and he turned 1 on 03/07/2023!
I cant say enough about Denning Farms We found our Yorkie Poo (Phylliss) 16 years ago.. She was the best dog that anyone could ask for. Healthy for all 16 years Adorable and such a loving dog. When the time comes for another one Denning Farms will be our go to place. We have recommended many friends and love their dogs from Denning. Phylliss just passed from being 16. I got Luna in January 2019 and she has been the best friend a girl could ask for. She is such a sweet cuddle bug but she loves romping in the outdoors too. The whole process of getting her was super easy and the folks at Denning Farms were wonderful to work with. We are so pleased with our Teddy Bear Josie Lynn!!! She’s now almost 16 months old on September 1st. She was born May 01, 2021, we purchased her on July 21st 2021 and we are completely in love with this little girl!! She’s a bit stubborn but that comes with the breed. I must say the shipping was completely professional and easy and you let me choose the airport of my choice at the same price you quoted me!!
I knew you were a legit clean business when I spoke to you on the phone prior to purchase. I will be buying from you again in the future but currently have been diagnosed with stage IV metastatic breast cancer at the young age of 59!! So I’m now on a fixed income unfortunately.
