All dog breeders aren’t the same. At Dennings Farm, our mission is to raise healthy, happy puppies and finding the right homes for them. We will take the time to educate you on the different breeds available and help you find the one that’s right for you and your family. Denning Farms is a family-owned and operated breeder of maltipoos, cavachons, cavaliers, teddybears, yorkiepoos, cockapoos, puggles and boston terriers. It takes many years of breeding these types of dogs to properly understand and care for them. When you buy a puppy from Denning Farms, you can be sure you are buying from one of the best puppy breeders in the midwest.
Denning Farms is a USDA Licensed Dog Breeder. We are also a member of the Iowa Pet Breeders Association and the Pet Professionals of Southeast Iowa.
Denning Puppy Farm
We truly are a farm that offers our puppies plenty of space and fresh air to grow and be happy. We have a stone and brick building with heated flooring and air-conditioning for our puppies when indoors. They are with adults and our children most of the day. 
Puppies at Denning Farms are part of our family. We enjoy each and every puppy and we know the love, affection and laughter that they will bring to their new families. Getting Started with Puppy Adoption
You’ve begun your search on the internet for puppies for sale, puppy farms, dog farms, etc. For the breeds we offer, you’ve come to the right place! We’ve put more information on-line to help you understand the steps to purchasing your puppy.
Visit the Currently Adopting page of our website for the breed you are interested in to see if they are available at this time. If they are not available now, sign-up for our email list to get an automatic update when they become available. This is the best way to get notified in advance of new puppy litters in advance.
Shipping Puppies for Adoption
Not anywhere near Hougton, IA? That’s not a concern, we can ship your new puppy to you! We have found good homes for our puppies in virtually every state in the US including California, Texas, Florida, and New York. We safely and humanely ship your new puppy directly to you.

When my husband passed away four years ago I was lost devastated but I had a cockapoo and then she got kidney failure and I lost her my world I don’t want away I was gone I didn’t know how it’s gonna make it but I know I had to get a puppy I couldn’t go without a puppy I needed one so I got on the Internet and I happen to glance at this website and the first picture I saw was of this one little puppy and it is the first puppy I saw, i and as soon as I saw it and I had to get her she came to me the day before Thanksgiving it’s been two years now the first night she came to me I was totally amazed she was paper trained already eight weeks old and she was at smart and she knew how to fetch there’ there’s already a bond we’ve came along way from my life that I didn’t think I could ever existed again came this little puppy her name is Teddie, she is my life and my world now yes she has her own wardrobe she has her own car seat she’s the world to me we spend our days playing and cuddling and spending our lives together she is the best thing in the world did I ever did I looked at that website and I looked at that picture and I saw that puppy and I knew, she was going to be mine and I was going to be hers. That’s the story of me and Teddy I love that will last forever thank you denning farms for bringing my life back to me.
We put a deposit on our adorable Teddy Bear 5 days after she was born on January 3rd, 2021. At first, I was like so many and skeptical purchasing a puppy online but, after speaking with Tricia I truly felt at ease. It seemed like we waited forever to get our baby but with the updates that Tricia posted of her growing really helped. I was pretty nervous knowing she was going to fly on March 5th from Iowa to Chicago(change planes) and onto her new hometown @ BWI Airport in Maryland, but she did awesome and was such an easy process. Tricia is so organized that it made it simple from start to finish. Meeting Lacie for the first time and getting to hold her was all that I thought it would be. She was as excited to see her mommy and I was her. Kisses all the way home!!!! She had her first vet visit on the 16th and received a lot of attention their and a clean bill of health. She is very playful as Tricia said she was and the kisses keep coming, along with the puppy biting, LOL. She's so adorable and we Love her so much. We are so pleased with our Teddy Bear Josie Lynn!!! She’s now almost 16 months old on September 1st. She was born May 01, 2021, we purchased her on July 21st 2021 and we are completely in love with this little girl!! She’s a bit stubborn but that comes with the breed. I must say the shipping was completely professional and easy and you let me choose the airport of my choice at the same price you quoted me!!
I knew you were a legit clean business when I spoke to you on the phone prior to purchase. I will be buying from you again in the future but currently have been diagnosed with stage IV metastatic breast cancer at the young age of 59!! So I’m now on a fixed income unfortunately.

Monroe is now a year old! She’s smart, quick learner, sweet, independent and absolutely adorable! We can’t imagine life without her!!
We also have her half brother, Morocco, who turns one in October. They’re amazing!
